Albion Online Duo Geardecision / Tanking

I really like this game and I Play this game with a RL-Friend of mine. I usually Tank and he DPS. We are currently checking out different things at T4 Dungeons.

My friend Plays as DPS:

Cloth Armor T4.1/4.2/4.3 with 2h-Firestaff/2h-froststaff. And is now grinding Bows to test them.

I for my part usually am the 'Tank' in this set-up:

I currently use T4.2 Heavy Armor Boots, Helm and Chest and currently on my way to unlock T4.3.

Boots - Shield Charge; Resistance

Helm - Stone Skin; Resistance

Chest - Mend; Resistance

Weapon: T4.1 1H-Hammer; thread attack; taunt; aoe stun

Off-Hand: T4 Shield; Resistance

Tested the Polehammer (T4.2), it's decent, too.

What I am wondering is how to get HP in and how to hold my ground.

As Duo Set-Up I would like to do some decent DPS, too. But currently it's not possible with the 1H-Hammer.

I was thinking bout going

Weapon Ironclad Quaterstaff

Off-Hand: None

Helm: T4.3 Plate Helm with Stone Skin (some better Options?)

Chest: T4.1 Warrior Chest (with Bloodlust)

Boots: ~ Didn't decided

I wanted to have the ability to protect him or hold aggro while he DPS (PvE), but still be able to contribute in the DPS as well (PvE). And somehow hold my HP up.

Currently I just Taunt the Enemy and never loose aggro (even if I don't attack at all). But if I use f.e. an Axe, I never get aggro at all.

Do you guys have some tips for Duo Party Tips (for my part, as my friend want to stay DPS, which is totally fine).

I just wanted to have the ability to fight alongside my friend, hold aggro through DPS somehow and don't die too quickly. We are kinda *pro-ish* in games.

Currently we can kill T4 Veterans except the Boss. But sometimes things are ugly and I drop fairly low on HP, with no meaning to get HP back without a Healer. Thants why I am thinking about Bloodlust.

Also I am kinda unsecure about the armor's Amor values.

Does These Boots, Helms, Chests differs hardly for Resistance Values (Physical and Magical)?

Should I pick as Tank Guardian chest to hold aggro and have better base resistance?

Ergo survive better, but do less dmg?
